The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the @businesswebstars.com addresses entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender's e-mail address in order to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message.

Data processing will be subjected has the sole purpose of allowing Business Webstars, the Data Controller, to respond to questions, doubts and/or requests for clarification.

Communication transmission via Telephone, Facebook, by e-mail or live, for a Google Meeting/Zoom meeting and/or an appointment with one of Business Webstars’ Representatives; entails the Prospective Client/Client’s consent to the collection of the data, necessary for Business Webstars to identify the beneficiary of the service, to the invoicing and contact for the illustration of the requested quote/proposal.

Data are not subject to disclosure and will be used by specifically authorized Business Webstars’ employees to process them.

Prospective Client/Client has the right to know, at any time, what are his/her data in the possession of Business Webstars and how they are used; the Prospective Client/Client also has the right to have them updated, rectified, supplemented or canceled, request their blocking and oppose their treatment in case of violations of  Dutch law.

The Prospective Client is free to choose whether or not to provide their data contained in the request forms or indicated in the contacts with Business Webstars’ representatives, to request the sending of informative material or other communications.

Failure to provide them, however, may make it impossible to obtain the requested services.

The data collected directly from the interested party, by telephone or from third parties are processed by Business Webstars as part of its activity with the aim of providing the requested services and managing relations with Users/Prospective Client/Client alike. Users and Prospective Clients are free to choose whether or not to provide their data necessary for these purposes, but refusing to provide them makes it impossible to carry out what is requested.

The same applies to data that may be processed if you are Business Webstars’ suppliers, even potential ones, in order to be able to request quotes or information or to follow up on stipulated contracts.

 

The acquired data will not be transferred to countries outside the European Union that do not have processing agreements that comply with the standards set by the European Union.

To exercise their rights, as well as for more detailed information about the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who become aware of inside Business Webstars, the User/Prospective Client/Client can contact the Data Processor of personal data.

The consent for the processing of Confidential data of the Prospective Client/Client is necessary for the execution of the products and services provided by Business Webstars as requested, it is not mandatory, but refusal to supply the requested data may make it impossible for Business Webstars to fulfill the requests.

Data will be retained for as long as the Prospective Client/Client remains registered with Business Webstars. To delete the data, a simple request will be sufficient, however data will be preserved in Business Webstars’ servers’ partners until Dutch Laws mandate their elimination.

Personal, business and financial information will also be stored for the time necessary to comply with legal obligations (e.g. the obligation to keep tax invoices), to resolve disputes and to enforce the agreements concluded.

The data provided for direct marketing and profiling purposes will be kept for the maximum period set by the applicable legislation, always without prejudice to the right to request its prior cancellation or to exercise the right to be forgotten.

Data are processed with manual, IT and telematic tools for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

Collected data are processed in order to provide the requested product and services and therefore for the execution of Contracts by Business Webstars that was authorized by the interested party (the Prospective Client/Client) in order to perform Contract’s obligation as well as the requests of the interested party (e.g. appointment , generation of cost estimates, etc.), in order to fulfill legal obligations (such as issuing invoices) and to pursue legitimate interests to be pursued by Business Webstars.

Specific security measures are implemented to maintain confidentiality, prevent data loss and illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

In the extraordinary hypothesis in which a violation of the data management systems should occur that reasonably entails a risk for the Client, Business Webstars will notify the Personal Data Control Authority (privacy guarantor ) within 72 hours from the moment in which Business Webstars became aware of it pursuant to art. 33 GDPR.

If the risk is high, Business Webstars will also promptly notify the interested party pursuant to art. 34 GDPR. By data breach Business Webstars means the breach of security that accidentally or unlawfully involves the destruction, loss, modification or unauthorized disclosure or access to personal data transmitted, stored or otherwise processed.

Business Webstars processes data of third parties - actual and prospective Clients, collaborators, suppliers - adopting all necessary measures to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the data processed, all in compliance with current legislation on data protection.

Business Webstars acquires only data strictly necessary for the execution of the requested services or for the purposes for which they were collected by providing specific information in this regard.

For the pursuit of corporate purposes Business Webstars needs to communicate Client/Prospective Client’s data to affiliated companies and professionals in collaboration, as well as to its employees and collaborators. The communication concerns only the data strictly necessary to perform the Contract Obligations and Client’s requests.

The owner of the data processing is Business Webstars B.V.  with registered office in Amsterdam, De Cuserstraat 93, 1081 CN with an appointed officer for the purposes of applying the privacy legislation in the company. The employees and collaborators who process data have been trained with specific instructions and are recipients of a continuous updating privacy plan.

5. obtain information about the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data are communicated or who can learn about them from Business Webstars’ representatives.
6. obtain information about the subjects who can learn about them, also as a result of activities provided by other companies or companies on the basis of collaboration contracts
7. exercise the right to be forgotten where it is possible and not in contrast with other regulations of the Dutch Law.

The User/Prospective Client/Client can find all the details about the policy followed by the site regarding cookies in the specific Cookie Policy section on the website, through which he/she can deny consent to cookies.

Business Webstars offers the opportunity to User/Prospective Client/Client to receive the newsletter.

The interested party can revoke his/her consent at any time and without indicating the reasons by contacting the company or by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" link in each newsletter.

Business Webstars also contact interested parties who have requested service and are not yet registered Clients to propose and illustrate the company’s products and services.

Business Webstars can also contact interested parties who have been indicated by other Data Controllers. In these cases, failure to interact with Business Webstars, without reading the newsletters or telephone positive feedback for over 12 months, will automatically result in the cancellation or anonymization of the data in our possession.

The possibility of the interested party to request the cancellation, updating, origin of their data and to become aware of the data processors and persons in charge of the processing and in any case to exercise the rights provided for by EU Regulation 676 / 2016 GDPR with request to be sent to the company as per the contacts indicated above.
